Infinity SAP integration allows resellers to broaden retail offer

Media Release 01 March 2007

SAP resellers can now offer retail clients Triquestra International’s best-of-breed, point-of-sale software Infinity in a standard integration with SAP’s Business One software.

Auckland-based SAP partner Enprise originally developed the standard integration between Infinity and SAP Business One.

Triquestra, which has joined SAP’s Independent Software Vendor Programme, is now making the solution available to resellers as Enprise focuses on its highly successful Job Costing for SAP Business One Job Costing solution.

Triquestra Sales Manager Richard Rinaldi says that the integration enables SAP Business One resellers to broaden their offer to the retail market.

“Operating Infinity with SAP Business One enables retailers to seamlessly integrate a best-of-breed point-of-sale solution from a dedicated retail software developer with SAP’s proven business management product,” Rinaldi says.

Infinity is a complete retail management system combining point-of-sale, back office and head office functions.

“One point of integration at the head office level means Infinity can operate independently of the main SAP Business One server when required. Head Office retains sales information and integrates data when the connection is restored,” Rinaldi says.

“Infinity’s distributed architecture also ensures retailers can keep trading without loss of sales during a network outage,” Rinaldi says.

Infinity is fully scalable and can grow as a retailer increases sales volumes, store numbers or product range. As well as being able to be integrated with SAP Business One, Infinity also integrates with SAP All-in-One and SAP ERP

Infinity is a multi-category system, supporting the individual requirements of a wide range of retailers in New Zealand including, Pumpkin Patch, Whitcoulls, Hannahs, Benjamin Moore, Goldpine and Lighting Direct. It is also operating in 12 countries with more than 900 users in the United States alone.
